I’m doing intermittent fasting.
After about three weeks of 16:8 I have noticed that it’s not to hard to be on a 17:7 cycle. In fact I have done it without trying.
Rather than a noon to 8 pm timebox, I have fallen into a 12:30 pm – 7:30 pm timebox, without thinking about it at all.
I am going to reset the hard boundaries, and watch how behavior modifies itself. If my brain now sees the hard edges of a 17:7 system, will it evolve to an 18:6 rhythm?
I have noticed that a wild instinct to eat at 7:55 pm, just before the timebox boundary. LOL. Brains are stupid.
