Every day you’re at the starting point.
Everything around you, everything about you — will be changed.
All that exists is the seed of what will emerge from it. You think the only seeds are the ones that make plants or children? Go deeper.
To fight to remain unchanged? Laughable.
It might work for a little while. But then, inevitably, reality must be recognized and the abrupt snap to reconcile your feeble attempts to remain the same with the demands of reality . . . well, that’s where pain comes from.
“Today is the day in which change will occur, whether I like it or not. I am part of that change, whether I like it or not. I will be changed, whether I like it or not.” Keep that in mind.
And in fact, try not to have an opinion about change. Don’t like it, don’t dislike it. Just accept change in the same way you accept gravity.
Well it’s a bright, sunny morning
Each day a new beginning.
